LOCATION: Due to no parking at the farm, all tractors and miscellaneous items have been moved, for your convenience to the Newaygo County Fairgrounds at 815 South Stewart Ave./M-82, Fremont, MI 49412 (Newaygo Co.)
DIRECTIONS: In Fremont, go South of Main St/48th St., on South Stewart Ave. ½ mile. OR from Grand Rapids take M-37 North 31 miles to M-82, (just North of Newaygo) follow M-82 West 10 miles to the fair grounds on the West side of the road.
Due to changing interest, I have decided to sell my Allis Chalmers tractor collection and have commissioned Art Smith Auctioneers to conduct a Live Auction with internet bidding. NOTE: John has had a lifelong interest in the Allis Chalmers line and worked at the AC dealership in Fremont for 18 years, then was co-owner of The Power Shop for 24 years. For your convenience he has moved everything to the Newaygo County Fairgrounds with lots of off St. parking, restrooms and lunch trailer. Make plans to be just South of Fremont on Sat. Oct. 12 @ 10AM for the start of this live auction event or bid from your location on the internet. Not many small items, so please arrive early to inspect.
INSPECTION: Friday, October 11th 4:00PM-7:00PM
For your convenience we will have 100% off street parking, lunch trailer, port-a-jons & wash-up station.
Online pre-bidding available with Live/Online simulcast bidding on tractors and equipment starting approx. 10:30AM on Auction day.
TERMS: Cash or good check day of auction. Master Card or VISA with 5% service fee. Out of state or checks over $10,000 must have bank letter stating the amount the check will be good for or be pre-approved by Art Smith Auctioneers.
