TERMS
All items sell "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guarantees or warranties express or implied from the Seller, or Rowell Auctions, Inc. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to grade and authenticity. Carefully read the written description and review all photos prior to bidding. Inspection at Auctions Preview is recommended. Any discrepancies with any item must be brought to the seller's attention before the item is removed from premises.
PAYMENT
A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the bid price for all personal property to determine the contract price.
The winning bidder's 10% deposit will be automatically charged to their credit card for amounts under $5,000.00. For deposits exceeding $5,000.00, a wire transfer is required. The remaining balance must be paid to the dealer at pickup.
SALES TAX & ADDITIONAL FEES
Dadeville, AL
Sales tax of 2.25% applies to the contract price where applicable. Additional fees include a $429.00 Dealer Administrative fee.
Foley, AL
Sales tax of 6.25% applies to the contract price where applicable. Additional fees include a $699.00 Dealer Administrative fee.
Ocala, FL
Sales tax of 7.5% applies to the contract price where applicable. Additional fees include a $699.00 Dealer Administrative fee, a $1.50 Battery Disposal fee per battery, a $1.00 Tire Disposal fee per tire, Electronic Filing fees of $17.00 each for boats and trailers, and a $135.00 Registration fee per purchase.
LaGrange, GA
Sales tax of 7% applies to the contract price where applicable. Additional fees include a $399.00 Dealer Administrative fee.
Licensed Dealers are exempt from sales tax and fees with proof of license. Dealership name must appear on bidder profile.
DEFAULT
Any purchaser who has not settled their invoice within 36 hours of auction close will be considered in default and charged a $500.00 administrative fee on the credit card provided at registration. All administrative fees are non-refundable. Additional default remedies are reserved by the Seller & Rowell Auctions, Inc. Upon default, bidding privileges will be revoked for all future Rowell Auctions, Inc. auctions and other MarkNet auctions.
BIDDING INFORMATION
This is a timed online auction with an auto-extend feature. Any bid placed within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the entire auction for 5 additional minutes. Bidding will continue for the entire auction until there is no bidding, on any lot, for a 5-minute period. Rowell Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the auto-extension time period.
If you place a bid in error, contact Rowell Auctions, Inc. at (229) 985-8388 immediately. Errors not immediately reported will be considered valid bids.
RETRIEVAL INFORMATION
Retrieval times will be by appointment only. Appointments will be scheduled with the appropriate dealer at the time of payment.
Buyers must provide their own labor, material, and equipment for removal. The seller DOES NOT provide transportation or loading services. Buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for dismantling, loading, securing, transportation, and unloading of purchased goods.
If items are removed by someone other than the registered buyer, a Release Letter must be completed. No items will be removed without paid receipt and proper ID.

STORAGE
A storage fee of $30.00 per day, per item will be charged after the final removal date of Friday, April 30th, 2025. If merchandise is not removed within 30 days from final removal date, ownership reverts to the seller.
TRAILER TITLES
Titles will be executed by Momentum Marine at Lake Martin in Dadeville, AL, Momentum Marine & RV in Foley, AL, Momentum Marine in LaGrange, GA, or Miller’s Marine in Ocala, FL directly and delivered to the purchaser. Trailers not requiring titles will be transferred by bill of sale.
