After 75 years and 4 generations in the construction business, we have decided to close shop, have sold the real estate, and commissioned Art Smith Auctioneers to conduct a Live Public Auction to sell the following listed items. NOTE: The Pettibone, hi-lo and pickup are all in good operating condition. Lots of shop & power tools of every description plus everything from the offices must and will be sold. There is also a fine selection of high-end rifles & shotguns and some beautiful, framed wildlife prints. Make plans to be in Cedar Springs on Thursday Oct. 17 @ 10AM for the start of this public auction. (PLEASE NOTE 10:00AM STARTING TIME)
For your convenience we will be able to load most items, but there are some pieces that you will have to load yourselves, lunch trailer, wash-up station & port-a-jons.

INSPECTION: Wednesday, October 16th 5:00PM-6:00PM
TERMS: Cash or good check day of auction. Master Card or VISA with 5% service fee. Everything sells as-is. We subscribe to Pay-Tec, A NATIONAL CHECK COLLECTION COMPANY.
GUN TERMS: This is a non-FFL transfer therefore all buyers will need a CPL or a separate License to Purchase for each long or handgun.
