Going on the auction block, selling by online bidding only, will be 543 acres of land with paved road frontage on Liberty Road, Stiles Road, and Singleton Road. County water is available along Liberty Road and Stiles Road. Improvements include a large lake, two barns, multiple ponds, a spring and an old log cabin. The farm has approximately 135 acres of crop and pasture land (per the FSA office) with the remaining 408 acres being wooded. A select timber harvest was done on the woodland within the past four years. The cut trees were marked by a consulting forester with an emphasis for future timber harvests in approximately 20 years. The Pierce family has owned this farm for over 55 years. It will be offered in 19 parcels ranging from 1.7 acres to 115 acres. BID CENTER: The auctioneers will be available to assist bidders on October 24th starting at 2:00 PM eastern time at the Meade County Fairgrounds Farm and Garden building located at 878 Hillcrest Drive, Brandenburg, KY 40108.


INSPECTION: The real estate can be inspected on your own during daylight hours only. You can bring your four wheel drive vehicle or ATV to tour the farm.
